- Create project plans, schedules, budgets and monitor project progress.
- Attend job site meetings and tender site visits.
- Manages all aspects of the project & construction execution.
- Prepare project progress reports on time, cost, and quality and communicate with clients.
- Manage and liaise with sub-contractors, consultants and clients.
- Analyse project specifications and M&E drawings and prepare drawings.
- Conduct project risk assessment.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring adherence to standard rules and regulations.
- Perform administrative duties assigned, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering, Construction and Building management, project management or related fields.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in refrigeration system or related fields.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D), P&ID and Microsoft Office.

- Perform regular service, maintenance, and repairs on refrigeration systems for commercial or industrial application, including Freon or Ammonia systems.
- Follow instruction from superior and project manager for all job sites execution.
- Conduct service report for every jobsite.
- Perform administrative duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering, Construction and Building management or related fields.
- Must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Refrigeration system; Cold Room, Electrical, Air-conditioning or related fields.
- Class 3 driving license.
- Able to speak and write English.

- To support daily operations; handle general office tasks.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and scheduling.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative paperwork.
- Maintain proper records of transactions.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining company databases.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma in accountancy, finance or HR related fields.
- Good verbal and written communication skills. Able to speak and write English & Chinese with clients.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
